Salesletters are changing because the medium is changing -- and the medium is changing (the Internet is becoming a social and conversational medium as opposed to  a one-way communications one) because people are demanding it.

It&#039;s &quot;molding itself&quot; to what people want and are screaming for... we are social animals, and precisely because this will never change, salesletters on the Internet are changing to fit human behaviour.

Anyway, it&#039;s a little more than that, and I cover that in my white paper.
