Terms of business
I'm not big on terms and conditions, and those I have
are pretty straightforward:
- The agreement is between The Client and Kevin Walsh
of 15 Hinton Avenue, Cambridge, CB1 7AR, United Kingdom.
- Work is quoted on a fixed-fee basis. No VAT (value
added tax) is chargeable.
- The quote includes one rewrite.
- To start the work, I require a 50% deposit, either
by cheque, direct bank transfer, or through PayPal
(details
here).
- The balance of the fee (50%) is payable no later
than 14 days after completion of the work.
- Copyright of the work remains with me until the
invoice is paid in full.
